Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LWL and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Any total aggregate liability of LWL, if any, is strictly limited as described in the full Terms & Conditions.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration. Most disputes between you and LWL must be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and not as part of any class or representative action.
