 Important: Each ticket must be purchased using the attendee’s own email address.

If you are purchasing for a loved one, please complete a separate checkout using their email.

Your Tuition Includes

• All retreat sessions and live channelings

• Opening ceremony, live Channeling Session, 8/8 Lion’s Gate activation, closing ceremony

• Group practices and auxiliary classes

• All retreat meals (Friday dinner through Sunday lunch)

Lodging is not included in tuition and must be booked separately with the retreat center.
Hotel booking link will be sent after registration.

What Happens After You Register

Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive:

• A confirmation email with your receipt

• A lodging booking link to reserve your room directly with the retreat center

• Practical details to help you prepare for arrival

Closer to the event, we’ll also share:

• Arrival and departure guidance

• What to bring and how to prepare

• Retreat schedule and integration support

Before completing your registration, please review the following information carefully. These guidelines are in place to support a grounded, respectful, and intentional experience for all attendees.

Onsite Lodging Requirement

Tuition covers all retreat sessions, meals, and auxiliary classes.

You are required to book a minimum of two nights at The Art of Living Retreat Center in order to attend this in-person event. You will book and pay for your accommodations directly with the retreat center after completing this registration.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are available prior to Thursday, July 9, 2026, by contacting us at customersupport@theangelraphael.com. After July 10th, no refunds can be offered. You will be offered virtual access to the event and the full cost of the tuition can be used as a credit for yearly membership. 

Event Photography

Please be advised that photos and videos will be taken during the event and portions will be livestreamed. By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that photos and/or videos may be taken at this event and consent to the use of my image in photographs, video, or other media for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes, without compensation.

Phone/Video Policy

This event is designed to support rest, presence, and connection. We encourage you to unplug, when possible, move at your own pace, and honor what feels right for you throughout the experience. We ask that all phones remain silent and away during sessions. No photos or videos may be taken at any time during the event.

Mobility Issues

Specifically, regarding climbing stairs. Because the campus sits on top of a mountain, it’s important to note the grounds are spacious and hilly. While the entire campus is walkable and accessible, you may encounter terrain that is difficult for those in wheelchairs or with mobility issues. The venue does offer numerous ADA-compliant lodging and event venues accessible to all. Make sure to alert our planning team at customersupport@theangelraphael.com and the venue to book one of these sleeping rooms.

Guest Policy

Guests are not permitted to attend any portion of the event. Everyone in attendance must be a registered attendee. To support a quiet and intentional space, this retreat is only open to guests 18 and older. We kindly ask that no children attend.
