How It Works

Each class is designed to support the body’s natural intelligence in organizing around the frequencies you’ve received.

• By day: we practice live through gentle somatic work
  (Feldenkrais®-inspired movement, breathwork, self-contact, and guided attunement)
• By night: you play a paired Portal Activation during sleep— allowing the subconscious and nervous system to continue integrating without effort or overwhelm.

This creates a simple 24-hour integration cycle: conscious practice + subconscious integration.

Dayana Pereira is a somatic educator, Certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Arcturian Healing Light practitioner. She has been supporting clients worldwide since 2011, bridging somatic intelligence with energetic healing to help the body hold higher frequencies with safety, reverence, and real-world integration.
