THE INVITATIONÂ
There comes a moment when the light stops visiting— and asks to stay.
The light has been received. Now the body is learning to hold it.
Embodying the Avatar is a two-week container devoted to that learning— where the frequencies find their home in breath, movement, and daily life.
Through gentle somatic practice, self-contact, and energetic attunement, we support the body's natural intelligence in organizing around the light.
There is nothing to achieve here.
Only space for what has arrived to settle and stay.
THE APPROACH
This offering weaves together conscious somatic practice with the energetic transmission of Angel Raphael's Portal Activations—creating a unified field where body and frequency work as one.
Each day, you will:
- Practice live in the morning
Through Feldenkrais® movement, breathwork, self-massage, and guided attunement—supporting nervous system reorganization and embodied presence - Integrate while you sleep
Through carefully paired Portal Activations from Angel Raphael—playing during sleep, when the nervous system opens naturally to receive and reorganize
This dual approach honors both:
The conscious work of the day—where we learn, sense, and practice
The subconscious work of the night—where the vessel quietly expands to hold more

Meet Your Guide
ABOUT Dayana Pereira
Dayana Pereira is a somatic educator, Certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Arcturian Healing Light practitioner.
Her journey began in Uruguay, where as a child she instinctively worked with plants, touch, and energy. By her late teens she was practicing meditation, Reiki, and exploring lucid dreaming and subtle healing arts.
At 20, discovering the Feldenkrais Method transformed her life — revealing how gentle, precise movement can reorganize the brain and nervous system in real time. After navigating her own profound life crisis and physical pain, she returned to this work and became a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner in 2009.
Since 2011, Dayana has supported thousands of people worldwide in integrating body, mind, and energy. Her path has also included:
